Managing Partners
Scott Walker
As the CEO of ethosIQ, Scott is responsible for running all facets of the business. Scott is a visionary thinker with global perspective and entrepreneurial drive. Scott has a proven track record and over 20 years of experience driving sales growth in the technology industry.
Scott grew to fame in the business world through his management success and skills during his many years at Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories and Avaya.
He has worked with companies like Apple Computer, Sun Microsystems, Microsoft, IBM, Hewitt Packard, Dell, Ingram Micro, Amazon, Nissan Financial Services, Nike and Ticketmaster to transform the Customer Service departments.
Richard Gum
As co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, Rich has a vested interest in establishing ethosIQ as a leader in the market. Rich, who has over 20 years of management experience in technology, oversees ethosIQ's operations, engineering, and technical support divisions. He has built and managed Technology Practices and is deeply experienced with Sales and Technical Pre-Sales, Project and Resource Management, Technical Leadership and Mentoring , Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) design and development, and Social Media Monitoring / Customer Engagement Consulting.
Rich has also been a principal, executive, and consultant for several successful companies including Verizon, Davox and Sabre. Rich has worked with many large customers including, Budget Rent A Car, American Airlines, State Farm, New York Life, and Federal and State Government accounts.
Tim Wilder
As Chief Financial Officer, Tim maintains and ensures the financial stability and growth of ethosIQ. Tim has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience in various industries such as government, mining, oil & gas, banking, retail, construction, real estate and telecommunications. Tim oversees ethosIQ's accounting, finance and tax divisions. He has been successful in all phases of corporate accounting including large shared services, start-ups, mergers and re-organizations. He is highly experienced with project accounting, operational database integrations, governmental filings and management reporting.
Tim has worked on all levels from analyst to manager to executive in addition to consulting for several successful companies both large and small including BankDirect Capital Finance, Homestake Mining Company and Vodafone. Tim's strength comes from years of interacting with numerous service providers, consultants and governmental entities. He has worked closely with IT professionals and is able to quickly translate operational matters into a financial perspective which can be easily understood by clients and management alike.
