Scott Walker is a veteran high-tech executive with over 25 years’ experience. Scott has collaborated with numerous companies – to include GSA, Apple, Microsoft, Ticketmaster, Nike and many more. In 2009, Scott founded ethosIQ, a software company focusing on business intelligence and customer experience in real-time. Today, ethosIQ collects and correlates data for over 400,000 agents and end points across the globe, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.


Director, Operations

Justin Staley works at ethosIQ on our data collection and analytics solutions, which automate business intelligence by deriving useful call-center metrics and providing analytic and statistical functions in an easy-to-use interface. Responsible for development, deployment, and integration of front and back end data systems for ethosIQ and its customers worldwide, including (but not limited to) several Fortune 500 enterprises.



Edward Batinga, CPA, is a native of Houston, Texas and attended Houston Baptist University where he graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a triple major in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration. Edward’s duties include the tracking of cash flow and financial planning, as well as analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses.


Human Resources

Maile Rumion is an expert in organizational development, as well as change implementation for international organizations. She is responsible for leading the HR team, including strategic planning, resource planning and talent acquisition. Maile is also responsible for all programs designed to support and enrich the employee experience at ethosIQ, including compensation, benefits, learning and development, employee relations, and community.

Jason Brandt is an experienced Senior Analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the information services industry. Skilled in Intelligence Analysis, U.S. Department of Defense, Counterterrorism, Government, and Intelligence. Strong consulting professional. DLI graduate. Jason is responsible for leading, identifying, and implementing customer acquisition strategies that align with the Company’s stated vision and goals for the international opportunities.
